New Hire Onboarding Package

I can create an entire new hire onboarding package for your firm. After collaborating with your HR department, managers and stakeholders, I will create essential onboarding materials that are general for the firm and specific for their roles. This way your employees can hit the ground running in the most efficient way possible.

Training Materials: Checklists and Outlines for Trainers

After consulting with stakeholders, a targeted training outline is created for specific new employees by role. A onboarding process is developed for your in house or contract trainers. This includes an estimated timeframe, introductory presentation, training outline, reference links, follow up emails, interactive exercises, assessments, and feedback reviews.

New Hire Take Aways: Setting up for Success Checklists

New hires will not only be trained on the essential tools to get started, but they’ll also walk away with a list of things they’ll need to personalize and confirm are working. This way, there’s nothing to hinder them getting started right away. Technical issues and the worry of what to do next can greatly hinder the progress and self-confidence of new hire employees. We enable them to get started quickly, confidently and with enthusiasm to start contributing value to the firm.

Continued Learning: Additional Videos & Quick Reference Guides

It’s never a good idea to leave your new hires wondering where to find the information they need. With essential tools and reference guides and video at their fingertips, there won’t be a moment wasted in starting their career in a positive powerful way.

Quick Reference Card (Guide) – FileTrail Records software

This 7-page quick reference card is more of a “guide.” I created this guide with little information and no experience with this kind of work. This QRG covers most aspects of File Trail, a firm wide records management application to track and deliver documents that are sent and retrieved from an offsite storage location. Being able to utilize empty space, removing unnecessary information while maintaining the flow and readability of a quick reference card is essential. The goal is to show information quickly, in an easily readable format without frustrating or exhausting the reader.
